    Earth Air Systems, a local HVAC company, has over 40 years of experience and is supported by a team with backgrounds in construction and military. Dedicated to servicing the greater San Diego region, Earth Air Systems specializes in HVAC solutions including heating, cooling, air quality enhancement, and maintenance services. They pride themselves on their stellar customer service, which makes clients feel like valued members of the Earth Air family.

    The Challenge

    Earth Air Systems was struggling to keep pace in a competitive market. Their lack of online visibility and established customer base made building a solid reputation difficult and led to many missed opportunities. An over-reliance on traditional marketing methods and technical issues with their business accounts further hindered their growth and left them disconnected from clients.

    The Solution

    When Earth Air Systems approached us, we first targeted the factors that were most severely obstructing their visibility; namely, a severely outdated website, a lack of review base, and dismal Google SEO rankings.

    Spec 1: Build a New Website that Represents Earth Air Systems

    Earth Air Systems’ outdated website was tarnishing their brand reputation and recognition. We designed and developed a modern, user-friendly website that showcased Earth Air’s services, expertise, and glowing authentic testimonials to build trust and social proof. Our comprehensive redesign also included persuasive CTAs, which effectively channeled website traffic toward conversions. The new website became a base for attracting leads and building credibility by leaving a strong, positive first impression. Additionally, SEO best practices were utilized to boost rankings and ensure visibility in local search results.

    Spec 2: Increase Leads and Relevant Traffic

    Earth Air Systems’ lack of SEO keyword strategy made it difficult for clients to find them and diminished their credibility. By creating local web personas for local service providers, we eliminated customer uncertainty about whether Earth Air Systems operates in their area. This boosted their local search ranking, increased conversions, and fueled revenue growth.

    Keyword research then identified what residents were typing when looking for HVAC services. These keywords were integrated into PPC ads and a search visibility strategy which increased the volume of keywords from which the company was found — expanding their reach amongst competition. Our specialized campaigns, which maximized Earth Air Systems’ budget and focused on their most pressing concerns, generated so many leads that the company is now fully booked far into the future with no signs of slowing down.

    The Results:

    Through a methodical process of website development, design, Yelp Ads, PPC, SEO, and stationery, our long-term marketing plan for Earth Air Systems delivered tangible and lasting results. After only 6 months of working with iCatch, Earth Air Systems saw their clicks shoot up 52.17% and their impressions increase 44.62%. Through our data-driven approach, Earth Air Systems cultivated a trustworthy brand identity that grew their engagement from the community. This positive image was strengthened by a surge in 5-star reviews and a growing base of loyal clients, solidifying their success in San Diego and beyond.
